Kysen is a software service. Access is delivered digitally after purchase.

2. Refund Requests

Whether a refund applies is assessed from the purchase terms, how the service was used, and applicable consumer law.

Because payments go through Paddle, refund requests may also follow Paddle’s payment and consumer rules.

If you have a payment or access problem, contact us through our Discord support channel.

3. Trial

Where a free trial is offered, it lets you try Kysen features before buying a paid plan.

4. Plan Period

Paid access lasts for the stated period of the plan you bought.

When a plan ends, you are not charged automatically. Buy a new plan if you want to continue.

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be granted only if required by applicable law.
