2. No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable once access to the service is granted.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of usage
• Incompatibility with specific games or systems
• Account bans or restrictions from third-party platforms

3. Trial Access

Where available, trial access is provided so users can evaluate the product before purchasing.

You are responsible for testing the service during the trial period.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Prepaid plans end when the purchased period ends. If a renewal option is available on your account, you can turn it off from your profile.

• Cancellation stops future billing
• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period

No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be granted only if required by applicable law.
